Terms and Conditions

BOOKING

A $100 deposit is collected at the time of booking to secure your date along with a $50 refundable deposit for damages. This will be returned within 2 business days of items being returned. Be sure to book in advance to secure your theme. Final payment will be due 48 hours before the scheduled date of your celebration.

 

FORMS OF PAYMENT

Payments accepted are Venmo, PayPal, Credit Card, and Debit Card. 

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that situations arise and you may have to cancel your event. Your deposit will be 100% refunded if canceled before 72 hours of the event. Any cancelation after 72 hours is not refundable. 

 

 

 

ENSURING SPACE AVAILABILITY

We reserve the right to cancel your event upon arrival if we feel the campsite will be exposed in a unhyegnic environment. It is important to ensure cleanliness and safety for all campsite bookings and continued use. It is the clients responsibility that space is big enough to accomodate requested campsites. Typically, each campsite will need approximately 55"W by 76"L of space. 

 

 

 

EVENT ITEMS DAMAGED

The client is responsible for the cost of replacing any damaged items. If the items are exposed to smoke, damaged, or excessively dirty, your damage deposit will not be returned.

 

 

LIABILITY

The cient is responsible for any accidents that occur during time of rental. To ensure safety, an adult over the age of 18 must be present during the rental time of campsites. 

 

 

INSURANCE

Insurance is the clients responsibility during the time of rental. CampLikeKate will not be responsible for any injuries that occur during the time of rental. It is the clients responsibility to ensure safety during rental time.

GUARANTEED CLEANLINESS

Keeping our campsite equipment and accessories clean and sterilized between each use is our #1 priority. To ensure full sterilization of our equipment, we follow the below standards to ensure cleanliness:

-CampLikeKate washes all sheets and blankets in hot water.

-Removable pillowcases, plush pillows, tents, and fabric garland is cleaned with a steamer between every use.

-Bed trays, bed tray accessories, and garland are all disinfected with commercial grade disinfectant spray.

KEEPING THE CAMPSITE FREE OF DAMAGE

The campsite is designed to give a celebration you wont forget. Please keep these campsites in a pet free location. These campsites also must be in a smoke free environment.

DIY SETUP:

Materials can be picked up between 5p and 9p the day prior to the event date and must be returned by 2p the day after the event date. Early pickups and late returns may be considered but must be approved in advance.
